Art Manager- Franchise

We are looking for a Product Art Manager who will be responsible for supervising our internal and remote design teams which include the coordination and completion of projects on time, within budget and within scope. You will be included in setting deadlines, delegating responsibilities, monitoring and completing the progress of projects across our active apps. This involves working closely with the Product Art Director, Product Directors, Project Managers, Art Leads and other stakeholders to collaborate on concepts and ideas for our existing games. You will join a team with exceptionally talented Product Managers, Designers and Engineers. It's a fun, fast paced environment!

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate with our internal and outsourced artists to flawlessly execute creative projects and sprints.
  • Take an active and hands-on role in developing, maintaining, and refining game art
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
  • Work with the Head of Art, Product Directors, Project Managers and other stakeholders to ensure the creative vision and strategy is aligned with business goals.
  • Organize and synthesize digital content with project management and tracking tools, e.g: Jira
  • Support the maintenance and evolution of the art pipeline workflow
  • Maintain image integrity and quality assurance across all aspects of artwork
  • Lead the development of goals, standards, processes and feedback mechanisms
  • Manage the relationship with the internal and external stakeholders + Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills
  • Manage Art Leads in professional and personal growth
  • Continue to Strengthen the relationship between our London and Lviv Creative Teams
  • Improve and enforce the standardization of processes for the product art funnel from ideation to final delivery
  • Deliver weekly reports on across all our active apps
  • Mentor and nurture team members in operations and personal development


What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years senior manager experience, managing and leading a team of artists/individual contributors at a mobile game publisher
  • Solid knowledge and experience in the game markets
  • Bachelor's Degree in illustration, graphic design, or a related field, or equivalent
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Strong time management skills and flexible work approach to ensure deadlines are always met and expectations are always managed
  • Superb eye for style, visual composition, and attention to detail
  • Be comfortable with a flexible and hard-working environment
  • Be willing to help your teammates, share your knowledge with them, and learn from them
  • Be open to receiving feedback
