We are seeking a Registered Nurse to:
At UW Health, you will have:
Education:
Preferred - Bachelor of Science - Nursing Degree (BSN)
Work Experience:
Minimum - Two (2) years of nursing experience
Preferred - Relevant RN Experience
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum - Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse license compact; current CPR/BLS Certification
Preferred - Relevant Certification

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to:
- Join our Venous Access Team (VAT) as a highly specialized nursing professional who focuses on the assessment, insertion, and maintenance of Dobhoff tubes and venous access devices for all age groups, including difficult to start peripheral IVs, midline catheters, and Peripherally Inserted Central Catheters (PICC).
- Provide consultative services and education to nursing and medical staff as needed.
- Participate in development, maintenance and implementation of educational initiatives, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain a collaborative relationship with multiple disciplines and team members who excel at interpersonal communication, prioritizing, leadership, strategic planning, critical thinking, and decision-making.
