Role Brief - As a Product Manager you will work with clients, internal solution teams and technical consultants to understand their client's unique business requirements, guide technical consultants and help clients achieving their strategic goals (primarily related to their digital strategy).

Key Responsibilities:
    • Act as "the business owner" and key strategic consultant for the clients
    • Identify key business impacting use cases, prioritize them and build a roadmap of the use cases which can be implemented to build solutions solving customer problems.
    • Gather and groom functional and non-functional requirements which can be fed to design and engineering teams
    • Own and run agile ceremonies such as Backlog grooming, Sprint planning
    • Collaborate with UI/UX team to build detailed wireframes and designs
    • Work closely with the technical consultants to ensure implementation best practices are followed and optimize the implementation, if needed
    • Gather, document, and help form/guide KPIs and how to measure them
    • Support internal technical consultants, client's developers and third parties throughout the implementation process from a business perspective


Required Skills & Must haves:
    • 12-14 years of relevant experience working as a product owner/product manager
    • 3-4 years of must have experience in building AI/ML-led solutions such as Personalization Engine/Recommendation Engine/Conversational AI etc.
    • Experienced in coaching and building Agile teams
    • Industry certifications related to Product Management- CSPO/Safe POPM etc.
    • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills- both verbal and written
    • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
    • Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer success
    • Possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
    • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change effectively
