Lead CNC Machinist will be responsible for set up, troubleshoot, and operate CNC Machine centers, performing manual data input, (MDI) programming, inspecting parts using manual gauges and instruments, and ensuring compliance with quality and safety procedures. Strong technical skills, ability to interrupt 2D drawings and GD&T, and a commitment to producing high-quality machined parts.

CNC Machinist Lead Key Responsibilities:

Setup and Operation of CNC vertical machining centersMDI (Manual Data Input) programming, usingInspection using manual gauges and instrumentsUnderstanding of GD&T and ability to read 2-D drawingsMonitor an inspect the part throughout the machining processObserve all company quality and safety proceduresCommunicates and collaborates with team members in the sharing of information and solving technical issuesParticipates in Lean manufacturing eventsOther duties assigned

CNC Machinist Lead Qualifications/Requirements:
