The Opportunity:

CACI seeks a skilled and motivated Corporate Trade Show Manager to join our Corporate Communications functional area. In this role you will lead large scale technology trade show planning logistics and provide strategic oversight for each event, aligning event layout to company strategy. The successful candidate will bring proven experience running complex tradeshows by collaborating with key contacts, writers, and designers to provide strategy, planning, and coordination of events for a wide variety of external audiences.

Responsibilities:

Manage strategic communications, researching, planning, and execution for trade shows; manage pre- and post-trade show marketing and communications to ensure integrated approach in communications techniques

Manage cross functional teams and stakeholders to create agreed upon outcomes

Manage accurate budgeting and planning reports for trade shows

Manage payments and purchase requisitions for trade shows and sponsorships in procurement software system

Lead all trade show planning logistics and provide strategic oversight for each event, aligning event layout to company strategy

Manage event logistics for trade shows, including venue selection, space configuration, booth production, production schedule, invitations, agenda, catering, A/V, speaker slides and materials, and marketing materials

Create and maintain trade show planning documents and presentations, to include production schedules; ensure adherence to production schedules by all planning teams and Corporate Communications

Coordinate and act as primary interface with all vendors such as trade show booth design companies, hotels, caterers, A/V vendors, and shipping POCs

Consult on the visual design of communications deliverables to reflect the strategic message

Edit trade show marketing communications materials for accuracy, clarity, brevity, and logic

Work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and manage timeline to meet tight deadlines

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Hospitality

7+ years of experience in the development of event and trade show strategy, planning, and logistics

Must bring prior experience in defense industry trade show planning

Demonstrated management of detailed fiscal budgets for trade shows

Strong understanding of technical material

Superior writing, editing and verbal communications skills

Excellent attention to detail

High-level organizational and time management skills

Ability to interact professionally with employees at all organizational levels, including C-Suite Executives

Ability to work independently as a self-starter

Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously

Expertise in using MS Office

Desired:

Experience translating complicated subjects, especially related to government and technical services

Experience with Adobe Suite

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$77,200 - $162,200
