Count and replenish medical supplies for nursing floors based off par levelsClean and establish movable medical equipment such as infusion pumps, scd pumps, commodes, box fans, etc to nursing floor based off par levelsQuickly and accurately fill patient orders and phone requests for nursingMaintain and manage shelf assignments for inventory levelsResponsible for inventory management that includes: crediting, expensing/ issuing supplies to maintain correct inventory levels in the warehouse using an inventory management systemClean and replenish speciality carts such as isolation carts, urology, neuro, dialysis, central line, and crash cartsInventory and review supplies for expired datesMust be able to handle other responsibilities as assigned. i.e. nursing surveys, maintaining accuracy of equipment logs and cleaning timesParticipate in staff meetingsMust have the ability to multiple task constantly, tolerate interruptions, and have great customer service skillsMay assist with shipping and receiving responsibilities and cross train in other areas as needed
Qualifications
Job Requirements:High school diploma or GED equivalentPrevious experience working with inventory management systemsPreferred Job Requirements:Forklift certification1-3 years of previous experience in inventory control; preferable in healthcare
