Interiors Project Manager for Local General Contractor

Position Overview:

As an Interiors Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of interior projects from concept to completion. You will collaborate with a talented team of designers, architects, and contractors to deliver high-quality, aesthetically pleasing, and functional spaces. Key Responsibilities:Project Planning and Coordination:Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.Coordinate with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues.

Team Collaboration:Foster effective communication and collaboration among project team members.Work closely with designers and architects to translate design concepts into actionable plans.Manage and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and deadlines.

Budget Management:Monitor project budgets and expenses to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Client Relations:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and exceeding expectations.Address client concerns and provide timely updates on project status.

Quality Assurance:Ensure that project deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and design excellence.Implement and enforce quality control processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.Proven experience in interiors as a project managerExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Proficient in project management software and tools.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
