System Support Specialist
in
Langley AFB,VA.
Shift:
No
Duties will include:Provide support including but not limited to desktop, mobile devices, networks, and asset managementTroubleshoot and resolve customer related Information Technology (IT) issues via telephone, email, or in-personInstall IT related infrastructure, equipment, and/or electronic devices in accordance with security and industry standardsDocument support activity in designed ticketing or tracking systemProvide professional solutions to end-users regarding requirements status and/or escalate requirement to appropriate support level for further resolutionDevelop Standard Operating Procedures and solutions for reoccurring issues and disperse to end-usersQualifications:
Required:
Active TS/SCI Clearance requiredDOD 8570 IAT Level I certifiedMinimum of 3 years' experience performing computer/hardware/software troubleshooting and help desk support functionsGeneral understanding of asset management with security requirements status and/or escalate requirement to support level for further resolutionExperience supporting software and network applicationsPhysical Requirements: Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long-periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.Mental Requirements: Must be able to mutli-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.Preferred:
IAT Level II desired

The likely salary range for this position is $70,000-80,000 per year. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, Spot bonuses, and program-specific awards. In addition, Syntelligent provides a variety of benefits to all our Full-Time employees.
