Data Entry SpecialistClearance Required: DHS Public Trust EOD, US Citizen (Secret or above preferred)Work Location: Hybrid; Arlington, VA (onsite 2 days a week minimum)

Position Description/Scope of Work:Alpha Omega is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support an IT portfolio within a PMO for one of our clients. The selected candidate will, at a minimum, fulfill the responsibilities below.Responsibilities:The Data Entry position will use their analytical skills to transfer data from hard copy to digital database then sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data.The position will search for and investigate information contained in files and review data for deficiencies and errors.Work on data entry projects at the direction of the team lead.Scan all legacy project paper documentation.Enter all legacy project documentation into digital format.

Required Skills/Experience:1+ years of Data Entry experienceExperience collaborating with stakeholders at varied levels.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Experience using OCR Scanner, Excel, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.

Desired Skills/Experience:Active or recent previous DHS experience HIGHLY desired.Proven track record of delivering in a timely manner.

Preferred Education:Bachelor's degree in business or an IT related field, which can be substituted for technical certifications or relevant experience.
