Job Description Summary As an AutoStore Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining a strong relationship with AutoStore, ensuring alignment with client needs and maximizing the value of AutoStore's solutions. Your role involves understanding client requirements, providing tailored support, and collaborating closely with the solution development and sales team to drive business growth. You will coordinate with internal teams to deliver optimal results, manage the sales pipeline, and maintain accurate CRM status. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of AutoStore products, and a proactive, client-focused approach, working effectively with the sales team to achieve shared objectives. The base pay range for this role is $72,000 - $108,000, not including commissions. Tasks and Qualifications: What You Will Do In This Role: Sales Support: Partner with the sales team to provide comprehensive support throughout the sales process. Assist with product demonstrations, technical explanations, and addressing customer inquiries. Product Expertise: Serve as the in-house expert on AutoStore products and solutions. Keep the sales team informed about product features, benefits, and updates. Customer Engagement: Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs and demonstrate how AutoStore solutions can meet their business objectives. Training and Development: Train and mentor the sales team on AutoStore products and sales strategies. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills. Solution Design: Work with the sales team and clients to design customized AutoStore solutions that address specific client requirements and deliver optimal value. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly. Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide insights to the sales team to help them position AutoStore solutions effectively. Collaboration with AutoStore: Work closely with AutoStore directly to stay updated on their latest technologies, product developments, and best practices. Build and maintain strong relationships with AutoStore representatives to ensure seamless communication and support. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering, support, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer projects. What We Are Looking For: BS/BA in related discipline, advanced degree, or related experience. Expert understanding of the respective area of responsibility. 5 years of professional experience and success in complex solution sales in a B2B role. Able to multi-task and work in a high-growth, fast-paced and deadline driven environment successfully. Willingness for business travel up to 25% (US) High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite; Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM. Training in strategic selling methodology.
