Acumatica is hiring a visionary and dynamic
VP of Product Strategy.
This role reports to our Chief Product Officer. This is a strategic role where you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of our product, ensuring that our offerings meet market needs and exceed customer expectations.ResponsibilitiesDefine and implement product strategy in alignment with company vision and goals.Lead all market sizing/analysis, competitive intelligence, build partner strategies, and product business planning efforts.Lead the product management team to deliver innovative and competitive products.Champion product market positioning and closely work with marketing and sales channels on product messaging execution.Lead planning and execution of product-related acquisitions and mergers.Collectively (with office of CTO) develop and drive the product roadmap.Foster a culture of innovation and market-centric thinking across the company.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field. An MBA is a plus.Proven experience in a VP role with a business software solution company delivering their solutions as a SaaS offering.Strong business development experience, solid understanding of the market and competitive landscape.Experience in partnerships and mergers & acquisitions.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Deep understanding of the SaaS business model and market dynamics.Exceptional communication and presentation skills.Additional Information

For this role, the salary range is $220,000-$250,000 annually. This range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this job and may vary based on location. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including skills, qualifications, experience and other relevant elements.At Acumatica, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, including annual bonus and stock. These awards are allocated based on individual performance. In addition, certain roles also have the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization, depending on the terms of the plan and the employee's role.
