Position Summary

This position is responsible for delivering profitable growth of HEW products in the assigned geographic region. In this role, you will develop and sustain relationships with various customers (builders, distributors, dealers, others) as well as a wide range of key stakeholders (specifiers, architects, general contractors, framers, code officials, other construction professionals). You will also work frequently across functions within HEW, including with marketing, product engineering, inside sales, innovation, operations and others; you will provide our team key insights on important trends related to customer needs, relevant building and energy code trends, and competitive dynamics. In this role, you will develop and execute annual business plans while adapting to market and customer changes as they occur. Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Time and Territory Management:Develop and implement regional Annual Business Plan that takes into account end-user segments, sales channels, and key stakeholdersDevelop and maintain a sales opportunity pipeline to manage growth potentialStrengthen demand for HEW products through product knowledge meetings, product demonstrations, delivering AIA credit sessions, and other meeting types across customer and stakeholder groupsManage travel plans and meeting schedules, including planned and unplanned customer needsAccount Management:

Establish and strengthen relationships with key personnel across customer and stakeholder groups to strengthen brand health of HEW products, drive demand, and influence product specification for applicable opportunitiesServe as primary point of contact to quickly resolve challenges related to HEW products or services, including claims, product quality, and other issues that affect customers or key stakeholdersMaintain Account Management Plan and communicate regularlyDocument and communicate market information including economic reports on housing trends, relevant pricing information, competitive dynamics and other market conditions on the monthly scorecardDevelop and lead quarterly customer reviews with top accountsPrepare, monitor, and maintain annual promotional budget and provide quarterly updatesPrinciples Duties and Responsibilities Cont.

Administrative Duties:

Complete timely monthly reports for travel expenses and auto mileageMaintain auto properly and follow safe driver proceduresComplete and review performance and professional development objectives and progress

Specialized/Technical Knowledge or Required Skills

Ability to lead meetings on active jobsites as well as in administrative office sitesAbility to travel throughout assigned region for multiple nights at a time as neededMinimum bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institutionKnowledge of residential and light commercial building practices and applications.Demonstrated record of success selling to architects of single and multi-family and/or light commercial structures.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs and good analytical, software and computer skills
