The estimated pay range for this role, based in New York, is $95,000 - $110,000. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Agio's results-based variable compensation program.
Arrangement: Hybrid (at least 3 days a week: Tuesdays-Thursdays onsite)

OBJECTIVES - YEAR 1
Meet or exceed deployed sales quota;Develop a deep understanding of Agio's service offerings, strengths and differentiators and leverage this knowledge to create opportunities in our target market;Develop a partner network for referrals.RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Business Development Manager, you will report to the Chief Commercial Officer, working closely to support Agio business development growth goals;You will research prospects and identify targets for Agio Solutions and Services, forging relationships with key individuals at all levels of the organization;You will prepare sales proposals that speak in appropriate manners to all key influencers and decision-makers within the organization, enabling you to close business on behalf of Agio;You will work to establish a sales pipeline, reporting weekly on agreed performance objectives and key performance indicators, Ie sales meetings and calls, pipeline creation, win loss ratio, etc.Sell Agio solutions into new prospects, acquire new business logos through a mix of in person and Teams meetings;Convert episodic sales engagements to recurring revenue services in the Agio portfolio;Maintain industry relationships through partnerships (Prime Brokers, Consulting Firms, etc.) or other networking venues;Create proposals, negotiate, and close contracts with contacts;Effectively leverage internal Agio Delivery and Operations supporting resources in the sales process with the spirit of teamwork and cooperation;Work closely with implementation and support teams to ensure client satisfaction;Create and maintain a sales funnel, including weekly forecasting reports.REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field and have 3-5 years associated experience in the field;Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills;Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport building, listening, and questioning skills;Requires CRM experience, strong Microsoft Office skills and strong group presentation skills;The candidate will have a network of CFO (Chief Financial Officer), COO (Chief Operating Officer), CTO (Chief Technology Officer), CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) contacts and/or partnerships in the Hedge Fund, Private Equity, Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) and/or Portfolio Companies with Healthcare or Payment Card Industry (PCI) focus;Ability to understand the business challenges the prospect faces and effectively position Agio Solutions and Services to meet those needs.METRICS
Contribute to overall growth of Cybersecurity and Managed IT services at a company level;Conduct 7 prospect calls or meetings per week;Create 5 times your annual pipeline per year;Maintain a win ratio of 30% or higher;Maintain an average deal size of $5k monthly recurring revenue.
