The individual selected for this position will serve as a HUMINT Intelligence Analyst and the role and responsibilities consist of, but are not limited to the following:Responsibilities

Serves as a HUMINT analyst to support overt collection activities and make recommendations necessary to synchronize, optimize, manage, and deconflict overt collection operations.Develops and uses queries to provide collection metrics to support analytic products.Maintain cognizance of the DOE collection environment, enterprise capabilities and limitations to effectively advise collection management strategies.Developing collection strategies, authoring posture statements, supporting source validation, and analyzing Intelligence Information Reports.Qualifications

Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with PolygraphMust possess or be able to obtain a Q ClearanceBS 10-12, MS 8-10, PhD 5-7Position requires individual to have earned a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in a field related to geopolitical/national security studies, or other relevant fields. Additional years of experience may be substituted for degree requirements.Must have a minimum of seven (7) years’ experience supporting HUMINT activities.Must have a solid understanding of existing methodologies and tools to assess platform performance and effectiveness.Must have experience developing collection strategies, authoring posture statements, supporting source validation, and analyzing Intelligence Information Reports (IIR).Highly organized, a solid communicator and be able to develop ideas in a logical sequence leading to a valid conclusion.Equal Pay Act

This is the projected compensation range for this position. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
