BFT Body Fit Training is currently seeking a sales lead to join our team at our Hoboken studio. This individual will be responsible for actively engaging potential customers to sell fitness memberships. This is a part-time position.The ideal candidate is results-driven, eager to acquire customers, and enthusiastic about contributing to revenue growth.Responsibilities:
Display, promote, and sell BFT's advanced group training programDevelop and maintain relationships with prospects to close sales and encourage customer retentionMeet and exceed weekly and monthly individual and team goals for new customer acquisitionRecord prospect interactions and track goal attainment in the Club Ready (CRM) systemStay updated on industry trends, best practices, and BFT’s market opportunityRequirements:
1-2 years of experience in product or service salesExcellent relationship management abilitiesDemonstrated ability to exceed acquisition goalsAdvanced communication and sales skillsDedicated drive to comprehend and meet prospective customer needsAbout BFT: Body Fit Training is a boutique fitness franchise that offers group strength training programs for all fitness levels. BFT provides a variety of 50-minute programs, including cardio, strength, functional, and core stability. Classes are scheduled at varying times each day, and members work out in groups under the supervision of personal trainers.The Sales Lead position is part-time, with compensation including an hourly base rate and commission. This team member will also receive free BFT gear, an unlimited monthly membership, and a discount on merchandise sold in our retail shop.
