We are headquartered in London with presence in 18 countries globally.The Role:Our client is a major hardware player in some of the biggest and fastest-growing market segments, delivering smartphones, smart home devices, laptops, watches and accessories through resellers and direct online sales. Our team functions as the link between the global marketing teams in the US and local marketing teams in multiple countries across EMEA.Working on the EMEA Devices & Services Retail Marketing team and in close cooperation with Country Sales teams, in this position you will be responsible for retailers and carriers. The objective is to scale retail marketing efforts across partners and work with cross functional teams to identify opportunities to support sales at those partners, while updating key stakeholders regularly.Job responsibilities:Deliver best retail execution of hardware products, into the hands of consumers, increasing purchase consideration and conversions at point of purchase both online and in storeManage the marketing relationship & execution with a number of retail and/or carrier partners.Recommend, develop and execute marketing strategies, plan and campaigns including advertising, social/digital communication, retail programming.Identify opportunities to grow the business by tracking expenditure against budgets and analyse the performance of campaigns to determine ROIEnsure timely senior stakeholder reviews to keep the projects on track.Coordinate and align feedback from cross-functional stakeholders and form an opinion and strategy for the project execution.Coordinate and manage partner branding and integration of brand into partner creative.Review language on marketing materials.Minimum qualificationsBA/BS degree (In lieu of degree, relevant skills or equivalent experience).Minimum 4-5+ years of Marketing experienceProfessional practical experience in retail marketing, preferably in digital, partnerships or brand managementA great, positive attitude - be ready to roll up your sleeves and operate in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environmentExceptional leadership skills; team player with very strong interpersonal skills, who is comfortable working on complex projects with many stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentProven project management skillsProven success negotiating with partners to create experiencesAbility to effectively operate in a fast-paced environment and to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic and constantly evolving contextExperience working for powerful, iconic brands (consumer or B2B) that engage consumers through disruptive marketing.
