Life Sciences Patent Agent (CA, CO, DC, GA, IL, NC)

Kilpatrick is seeking a USPTO registered Patent Agent in the Life Sciences. Ideal candidate would reside in CA, CO, DC, GA, IL, or NC and be available for in-office, remote, or hybrid work schedule. Applicant should have strong writing skills and relevant experience in Life Sciences patent prosecution is preferred. Applicant should have an advanced degree or commensurate experience; expertise in molecular biology is an asset. Candidates should have at least 3 years of direct patent prosecution experience. Applicant must be detail oriented and have strong written and verbal skills. Proficiency in technical writing is a plus.
