Join our team as a Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) at HealthPartners Same Day Surgery!
Our collaborative Anesthesia Care Team works hard to support each other while still allowing for independence. Our CRNA's are generalists in practice and have a shared responsibility in running the department. The Nurse Anesthetist provides patient care and support during general, regional or MAC anesthesia and has responsibilities for patient safety while under anesthesia. The CRNA works with the staff Anesthesiologist and Surgeon to provide all elements of a safe and beneficial surgical procedure.
Work Schedule:
HealthPartners Same Day Surgery center has a variety of FTE options available (0.9, 0.8, 0.7, 0.6). Shifts are primarily Monday - Friday days. There are no weekends or holidays expected and there is flexibility to find the right schedule mix for staff.
Required Qualifications:
Graduate from a school of NursingGraduate from a school of Nurse AnesthesiaCurrent RN license by the Minnesota Board of NursingCurrent APRN license by Minnesota Board of NursingCertified by NBCRNA

Our benefits include medical insurance, dental insurance, 401k with match, disability insurance, and tuition reimbursement. Benefits take effect first day of employment. We offer an on-site employee fitness center, an on-site physical therapy clinic for employees as well as an on-site employee clinic to make it more convenient for our staff to get the care they need. Experienced candidates are eligible to receive a sign on bonus within the first two paychecks. Candidates outside of the Minneapolis/ St. Paul area may be eligible to receive relocation assistance.
