ImmediateOur client is seeking a results-driven and collaborative Director of Global Total Rewards & HRIS to elevate their global compensation, benefits, health and wellness programs, and HR Information Systems (HRIS). This role is perfect for a strategic leader with a strong understanding of the complexities of global organizations and a passion for rolling up their sleeves to drive impactful change. The ideal candidate will excel in compensation analysis, governance, and compliance, and will leverage their enterprising mindset to refine our total rewards strategies and address international benefits. They will provide hands-on leadership to a seasoned team, aligning the rewards programs with the company’s goals and global best practices to take the organization to the next level.Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Provide strategic leadership in the development and implementation of total rewards strategies that support the company’s long-term goals and global operations. Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and best practices in compensation, benefits, and HRIS.Compensation Oversight:
Lead the Compensation Team in refining and executing competitive and equitable compensation programs. Manage job data and pay equity audits, and oversee the design and implementation of short- and long-term incentive plans. Address changes in equity compensation and ensure alignment with market trends and organizational needs.Global Benefits and Mobility:
Oversee the delivery of international benefits and ensure effective global mobility programs. Address challenges in offering benefits across various international markets and ensure that global compensation and benefits strategies are effectively implemented.Governance and Compliance (15%):
Strengthen governance and compliance processes within total rewards. Address any current issues related to governance and ensure that compensation and benefits practices comply with relevant regulations and standards.HR Information Systems (HRIS) Management:
Supervise the HRIS Team to maintain efficient HR service delivery and compliance through existing systems. Ensure the HRIS effectively supports compensation, benefits, and global mobility functions.Requirements:
Education:Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Management, or a related field preferred.Experience:Minimum 15 years of HR experience with at least 5 years at the Director level or above, focusing on Total Rewards. Proven expertise in compensation, benefits, and global mobility within large or mid-sized companies, with a strong understanding of international benefits and equity compensation.Skills and Competencies:
Proven leadership skills with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive change.Deep expertise in compensation benchmarking, equity compensation, and global benefits.Strong understanding of governance and compliance issues within total rewards.Excellent executive presence with experience engaging with senior leaders and boards.Ability to manage and develop high-performance teams in a global context.
