Practice Director, Financial Services (East Coast, USA)

Your responsibilities will include driving adoption and consumption, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction, fostering revenue growth, and developing your team.What You Will Do:Engage with Financial Services customer organizations at various levels, from C-level and VPs to Architects and Program Managers.Drive Confluent Professional Services across the customer base in collaboration with software sales teams.Ensure successful project delivery to earn our customers’ love.Build a great team and company.Participate in Confluent product and sales strategy for the customers in your region.Strengthen Confluent success across your customer base by developing strong delivery partner executive relationships.What You Will Bring:Leadership in Professional Services, specifically implementing SaaS/PaaS/IaaS solutions.Experience overseeing enterprise-level IT delivery projects (10+ years or equivalent capability), preferably in the Financial Services industry.Experience selling enterprise IT delivery services (2+ years or equivalent capability).Demonstrated success in building and developing remote delivery teams.Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, as the role is primarily customer-facing.Willingness to travel as required, estimated at 25% of the time.Come As You AreAt Confluent, equality is a core tenet of our culture.
