In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of maintaining compliance across our organization, reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough audits of licenses, taxes, and business compliance.Collaborate with the Comptroller on the annual audit.Serve as a backup for the Comptroller or CFO, ensuring smooth financial operations.Identify and manage compliance risks, develop strategies, and oversee risk-related programs.Provide critical reporting to management and support financial operations.What We’re Looking For:A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (CPA/CPFO is a plus).5-7 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or a related field.Strong knowledge of governmental fund accounting and GASB rules.Exceptional attention to detail, analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ready to make an impact?
