Full TimeQualifications:Master’s Degree and License and/or Doctorate in one of the following fields:Licensed Clinical Social WorkLicensed Marriage and Family TherapyDoctoral degree in PsychologyClinical credentialing from Portsmouth Naval HospitalA state license to independently practice clinical servicesCPR QualifiedA minimum of 4 years of group experience working with:Deviant or aggressive patientsPTSD patientsSubstance abuse patientsSex offendersMilitary patientsTasks:Facilitate educational and offense related clinical groups.Respond to crisis situations and assess suicidal, homicidal and psychotic patients.Provide individual counseling, psycho-educational skills, psycho-educational presentations/trainings, PREA assessments, risk assessments, revising existing & implementing new clinical curriculums, substance abuse assessments & relapse prevention plans.Provide recommendations for housing and job assignment.Complete clinical mental health screens, appraisals & develop and implement treatment plans.
