JOB SUMMARY:
Directs the operation and participate in technical activities associated with the operation of the different sections.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Technology.
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in radiological science field.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administer, supervise and participate in technical activities of personnel in specific areas of the Imaging Division to include Diagnostic, Ultrasound, Computed Tomography, MRI and Mammography.
Plan and schedule of work for the group ensuring proper distribution of assignments and adequate manning, space and facilities for subsequent performance of duties.
Develop and implement quality assurance programs relating to calibration and maintenance of equipment.
Develop, recommend and implement new procedures and techniques to improve patient care for patients in all areas of the department.
Maintain liaison with physicians, research personnel and staff to resolve problems and to advise concerning technical procedure, techniques, and equipment.
Supervise, train and provides instruction to newly hired employees.
Recommend various personnel actions including, but not limited to, hiring performance appraisals, promotions and vacation schedules.
Ensure accuracy of result with proper quality standard.

License/Certification:
