The Role:

The Manager of Business Development Programs is responsible for the strategy & execution of Business Development calling campaigns. Campaigns are designed to drive & accelerate pipeline generation in support of the North America GTM organization, aligned to core industries, and coordinated in partnership with the Marketing, Field Sales, and Value Engineering teams. You will act as a trusted advisor and business partner to Business Development leadership while working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Sales Strategy, Analytics, Enablement, and functions within or outside the GTM organization. The Programs Manager should possess an analytical mind, project management skills, and an understanding of how to execute demand generation campaigns. The role combines the creative process of designing prescriptive programs and strategies with the business end of operationalizing these programs with BDR teams to ensure they are executed and produce results.

The work you’ll do:

Program manage BDR calling campaigns aimed at driving top of funnel engagement to generate Land & Expand pipeline, with potential renewal focus

Operationalize campaigns aligned to Sales Plays, driving from conception to execution

Coordinate with Demand Generation & Corporate Marketing to ensure the creation of prerequisite assets to get campaigns in market and and toolkits for effective engagement, including Salesloft snippets, cadences, and calling scripts. Build & maintain a reporting framework & dashboard to monitor & measure campaign performance

Coordinate efforts of BDR interns, design projects that create value for BDR business for interns to support, measure performance, provide guidance and coaching, & manage project completion

Weekly briefings on campaign performance

Understand the Business Development & Sales organizations strategies and use knowledge to build credibility and trust with program stakeholders in Value Engineering, Industry SMEs, and Marketing.

Function as program single source of truth, including providing on-demand program messaging, updates, and clarification through established channels; especially leveraging Industry SMEs.

Measure and communicate results of strategic programs

The qualifications you need:

Minimum 3-5 years of combined experience in Business Development, Sales, Enablement, Learning & Development, and/or Program / Project Management

Ability to develop and produce targeted content and resources that enhance BDR effectiveness by understanding their communication strategies with prospects and aligning materials to support their outreach and engagement efforts

Demonstrated ability to deliver global, scalable programs or campaigns that increase performance and drive outcomes.

Experience with program and project planning, prioritization, and collaboration for complex, cross-functional initiatives. Must be detail-oriented.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with ability to effectively communicate ideas and influence all levels of the organization.

SFDC Experience required

PMP Certification is a plus
