What You'll Do
This role is responsible for delivering products that improve operational performance across a portfolio of solutions that make clients' websites a safe and reliable platform.You will be the primary interface between design, product, engineering, data science, and operations.What You Know
10+ years of experience driving complex cross-functional programsStrong understanding of project management and maturation fundamentalsExcellent communication, engagement, and senior leadership influence skillsExpertise with project management tools e.g. Asana, Air Table, Confluence, Jira, and SmartsheetsExperience working in a highly cross-functional environment where communication with multiple groups and stakeholders is imperativeExperience managing technical projects; demonstrate ability to understand technical concepts and collaborate with associated teamsShould have a proven track record of launching complex products in highly constrained environments through various scopes of the product development lifecycleAble to have phenomenal problem-solving skillsMust be detail-oriented and able to understand the bigger picture by using your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to identify and manage blocking issuesExperience to build great relationships and can drive alignment across large cross-functional teamsShould be able to learn how products are built and run and can distill complex systems and processes into simple written and verbal communicationsShould be excellent in connecting the dots across initiatives and ensuring cross-functional teams are focused on delivering what matters most.Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or Sciences preferred.Compensation Band
$70-$100 per hour
