Job Title:

Clinical Director - Pediatric Therapy Clinic

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Clinical Director to lead our Pediatric Therapy Clinic. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pediatric therapy and will need to be able to hold a caseload in their field.

Responsibilities:

Service Delivery Oversight:

Supervise the therapy team (physical, occupational, speech therapists) to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Program Development:

Develop and refine therapy programs to meet client needs and industry standards. Stay updated on best practices and emerging trends in therapy services.

Team Leadership:

Mentor and guide the therapy team, conducting regular performance reviews and providing ongoing training.

Client Case Management:

Oversee complex cases, ensuring that clients receive appropriate care. Act as a point of escalation for any issues.

Compliance:

Ensure all therapy services comply with industry regulations and accreditation standards.

Oversee and optimize clinic metrics, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

Act as a community liaison, fostering positive relationships within the community.

The Clinical Director will oversee and manage the clinical operations within the clinic. Responsibilities include developing and implementing clinical policies, ensuring regulatory compliance, coordinating staff training, and collaborating with other departments to enhance patient care. Additionally, the person for this position will play a key role in quality improvement initiatives and may be involved in budgeting and resource allocation. Strong leadership, communication, and clinical expertise are essential for this role.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in pediatric therapy (PT/OT/ST).

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Knowledge of clinic metrics and ability to drive continuous improvement.

Ability to establish and maintain positive community relationships.

Requirements:

Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT) or credentialed assistant for any of the above (COTA/LPTA)

Demonstrated experience in pediatric therapy.
