Description & RequirementsWomble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks a Patent Prosecution Associate or Patent Agent to join the firm's Intellectual Property Practice and be part of the Chemical/Pharmaceutical/Bio Team in our Boston office. Remote opportunities will be considered on a case-by-case basis.We are looking for a team-oriented, enthusiastic candidate with patent prosecution, application drafting, and diligence experience (not required), who is interested in expanding their skills by working with a dynamic team of partners, associates, and agents. Some experience is required, including law firm, USPTO, or industry experience. Candidates must be registered with the USPTO. Advanced degree (PhD) or equivalent industry experience is preferred.
