We are a technology consulting firm that specializes in helping accelerate our clients’ digital roadmap in the areas of Product Management, Cloud, Data, and Product Engineering.About the Position:We are currently seeking a Data Management Consultant with significant expertise in the Snowflake Data Cloud to serve as an advisor to our clients who are facing primarily non-engineering, data-related challenges. This person will need to seamlessly transition between pre-sales meetings, delivering complex technical architectures, and defining strategic goals and roadmaps for the business. We are looking for someone to help improve our data management offerings, leveraging the capabilities of Snowflake, and position our organization for long-term success with our data-driven clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients to assess their data needs and goals, focusing on maximizing their utilization of their data assetsDevelop comprehensive data management strategies aligned with clients’ organizational objectivesDesign and implement client data governance frameworks, including policies, standards, and proceduresEnsure compliance with data protection regulations, such as GDPR or HIPAA, through effective data management practices while educating clients on theseEvaluate and enhance client data quality through data profiling, cleansing, and validation techniques, leveraging Snowflake's capabilities or similar toolsImplement data quality monitoring and reporting processes to maintain data accuracy and reliability using Snowflake or similar toolsCreate client data integration solutions to consolidate information from disparate sourcesEngage with clients to understand their unique data challenges and provide tailored recommendations and solutionsHelp clients define roles and responsibilities related to data management and ensure clear accountability for stewardship of the company’s principal information assetsCommunicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable mannerBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within the organization, internally and externally including Snowflake account executives for clients we serveCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, analytics, and business units, to implement data management solutionsServe as a liaison between business and functional areas of technology to ensure that data-related business requirements are clearly defined, communicated, well-understood, and considered as part of operational prioritization and planningTravel to client locations as necessary to conduct on-site assessments, workshops, or training sessionsSupport sales efforts by providing expertise in pre-sales consultations, proposal development, and client presentations, particularly focusing on Snowflake’s offeringsCompetencies we are looking for:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience4+ years of experience in data management concepts, tools, and methodologies3+ years Snowflake architecture/analytics experience requiredSnowpro certification preferredStrong SQL knowledge and experience, a plusExtensive experience working in both on-prem and cloud environmentsExperience with Cloud technologies - AWS / Azure / GCPExperience leveraging a Data Lake and capabilities around queryingRedshift/Synapse/Databricks experience preferredCDP/CDMP certification a plusStrong communication and consulting skillsWillingness and ability to travel occasionallyWhat we offer:
