Advanced Practice Provider
to join our Family Medicine Team in Metamora, Illinois.Practice opportunity details include:PRN Float position that will be based out of our Metamora clinic but will provide coverage at our different Family Medicine and Walk-In clinics in the Greater Peoria region.Work with established teams consisting of Physicians and other experienced APPs.Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients extremely well.X-ray and lab services available onsite at most locations.Average patients/day: 12-16.Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination.No call requirements.Be part of a strong, stable, financially-sound and innovative healthcare system.Excellent benefits package:
