You'll be part of a focused, high-leverage team that designs and prototypes the present and future Wear OS User Experience.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $122,000-$178,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Learn more about benefits at Google.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with the motion design team to envision and prototype a premium and scalable motion experience for Wear OS.Work with UX research to develop deep user understanding and plan/support testing/validation.Be comfortable in ambiguous product settings where problems and user needs aren't inherently well defined.Form partnerships with PM/Engineering counterparts to distill requirements and work together to creatively push boundaries of technology on behalf of user needs.Google is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
