Our staff is relatable, providing empathy and building relationships through patient care. As a psychiatrist in our organization, you will be responsible primarily for medication management. New patient appointments are 1 hour, hospital discharge appointments are 40 minutes, and follow-up appointments are 20 minutes. You will see 20 patients per 8-hour shift with therapists and Psych NPs onsite for additional support.QUALIFICATIONS:Good written and verbal communication skills.Strong assessment and diagnostic skills, strong working knowledge of DSM-V.Strong working knowledge of current medications and their side effects.Must have Kansas and Missouri licenses because there will be some expansion to KS (licensing assistance provided).
