Job DescriptionThe VP, Brokerage Alternatives Strategy is responsible for managing the self-directed alternatives offering, vision, strategy, and roadmap for the brokerage business. They will be responsible for driving customer growth and adoption of the offering within the Brokerage segment. They will work closely with our Enterprise partners, Delivery, Marketing, and Distribution to develop, manage, and execute the strategy to increase customer adoption and flows with brokerage customers. You will be part of the Brokerage Customer and Product strategy organization responsible for commercializing our brokerage offering to drive growth within the self-directed investing markets and customer segments.The Value You DeliverAligns Brokerage alternatives strategy to deliver on commercial business and customer strategy goals.Partners with the Delivery Organization to deliver alternatives offerings, features and concepts to market targeted to different segments.Leads the visioning and development and iteration on strategic roadmap to optimize and meet customer and market needs.Builds business plans inclusive of revenue modeling, pricing, and expenses while setting priority, sequencing and phasing of deliverables, and the go-to-market strategy with key value propositions.Leads cross enterprise BU alignment for product readiness and deployment for brokerage alternatives, establishing project plans and managing throughout the life of the plan.Manages a team of alternatives strategists that assist with roadmap and feature design, business planning and strategy and KPIs.Communicates strategy for regulatory and legislative trends, and the client/customer experience.Works closely with senior leaders to provide consulting on integration of product strategy within their business to effectively shape priorities for the team.Provides market facing color and commentary to key prospects, clients and relationships through partnering with our business development, relationship management and client service teams.Establishes and maintains strategic partnerships with vendors or other market participants.The Skills And Expertise You BringMBA or equivalent is preferred.Series 7 or 24 preferred.10-15+ year of experience in financial services.Experience with the Alternatives markets or relevant brokerage experience with similar investment vehicles.Experience engaging with senior internal and external customers and partners.Experience leading teams and working collaboratively across a matrixed organization.Serves as an inspirational people leader, capable of setting strategic direction and encouraging others to deliver results and impact to achieve that strategy.Experience defining strategic roadmaps and leading the development of solutions and offerings aligned with and in support of the strategic direction of the business.Continuous improvement approach and encourage and enable an agile way of working.Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship building skills with which you influence and engage across Fidelity and levels of the organization.Data-focused approach to decision making, in day-to-day leadership and strategic tradeoff analyses.Committed to building a balance of technology and non-technology skills to fully appreciate the broad needs of our customers.Company OverviewFidelity Investments is a privately held company with a mission to strengthen the financial well-being of our clients.
