Special Event Supervisor- Christmastown

If you're dedicated, dependable and driven to deliver exceptional guest service, this is a place for you!What you get to do:Supervise and implement the daily operation of Christmastown and other Consumer Event Festivals talent, including scheduling and task assignments for cast and crew.Lead rehearsals and trainings for assigned work groups and teams as needed.Mentor staff to maintain a successful team-oriented production.Provide logistical support for the entire Entertainment Department and warehouse when needed.Develop, update, and follow SOPs, attendance/performance tracking, daily reports, supply requests, and other documentation required for entertainment operations.Ensure the safety of all Team Members and that they receive required safety training and use proper PPE.Supervise areas including events cast, technicians, costume/dresser staff, daily hours reporting, ambassador coaching, overtime requests, deviation/sign-in sheets, theatrical and technical systems, theater safety, facility maintenance and cleanliness, monitoring show quality, scheduling and participating in or running rehearsals, daily meetings, team member development, record keeping, inventory & procurement of equipment, materials, and supplies.Develop and maintain quality standards throughout all tasks, special events, and show positions.Maintain the artistic and technical integrity of the show/event, with knowledge of all positions necessary for show operation.Act as front-line management representative and liaison with Production, Entertainment Technical and Operational Entertainment Management Staff.Coordinate and implement special events and shows in other venues as needed.Assist with Entertainment activities and special events in other facilities outside of the park as needed.Submit daily/weekly reports to Managers detailing show and event-related activities and other pertinent information.Cover for other Supervisors/Technicians/other departments as needed on their days off, vacation, absences, etc.Work in a team environment and interact with guests and other ambassadors in a professional manner.Perform other duties as assigned.The perks of the position:
