Pediatric Medicine Department DirectorSouthern Jersey Family Medical Centers, Inc. is seeking a Pediatric Medicine Department Director to facilitate the overall Internal Medicine clinical vision of our culturally diverse, mission-driven organization. The Pediatric Medicine Department Director will be responsible for providing clinical direction to Staff Pediatric Physicians and Pediatric Nurse Practitioners as well as personally providing direct care to SJFMC patients. The Pediatric Medicine Department Director will act as the driving force for development and implementation of programs that support and improve the overall mission and business strategy of a fast-paced, multi-location premier primary healthcare organization ranging throughout Southern New Jersey.Company OverviewFor 40 years, Southern Jersey Family Medical Centers, Inc. We offer flexible schedules with general daytime hours Monday - Friday, up to 2 evenings per week, and rotating Saturdays (1/2 days).Experience and Skills:
