Our Diabetes division currently has an opportunity for a Senior Software Test Engineer.What You'll DoComplete software testing and activities in conjunction for user stories within the Agile SDLC processReview System Specifications/Requirements documents, user stories and create verification test cases (based on those requirements), and execute test cases.Create verification and validation test plans, test reports, trace matrices and review with relevant stakeholders (dev and quality)Review deliverables/activities as identified in the test plans for accuracy, consistency, completeness and compliance. Ensure adequate test coverage for every releaseReview code diff analysis and develop robust regression test strategyPerform exploratory testing, system level end to end testing, develop test datasets and execute automation scripts (to ensure application software releases are of high quality)Investigate and report unexpected events, issues or software bugs. Verify fixes.Specifically verify data visualization dashboards for accuracy from a data accuracy perspectiveTrace data queries and their results from source (app triggers) to the backend databasesBe able to develop SQL queriesProvide feedback and suggest improvements to the Agile SDLC processRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience, in a scientific, technical, or engineering discipline5 years’ experience in Software Testing and/or Software Quality AssuranceExperience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Microsoft BI, Looker, etc.Experience developing data analytics SQL queriesMust be technically strong and have experience testing mobile applicationsMust have excellent oral and written communication skillsPreferred QualificationsMedical Device experience preferredExperience in an agile development environment preferredExperience with embedded systems and integration testing with external systems preferredCyber security, medical mobile applications or cloud computing experience preferredApply Now* Participants who complete a short wellness assessment qualify for FREE coverage in our HIP PPO medical plan.
