Uphold brand guardianship on projects, constructively challenge clients, and present added-value solutions. Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to provide valuable insights to clients. Workflow Management:
Utilize project management tools for timely project delivery and accurate forecasting. Lead projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, budgets, and timelines. Manage project scopes and escalate risks to the appropriate stakeholders. Project Delivery:
Lead projects, ensuring clear briefs, budget approvals, and timely completion. Collaborate with project teams to meet client expectations and ensure quality deliverables. Present work to clients, ensuring alignment with briefs and quality standards. New Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities and upsell capabilities to clients. Collaborate with leadership to pursue new business opportunities. Team Development:
Facilitate knowledge sharing and learning within the team. Foster a collaborative team environment while maintaining client-centricity. What You'll Need: Excellent client engagement and organizational skills. Ability to manage workflow and prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of account management and invoicing processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software. Experience in agency or communication industries is desirable. Good to Have: Fluency in Arabic & English. Basic understanding and interest in artificial intelligence (AI) technologies.
