Vice President Global Talent Acquisition

will be instrumental in shaping and delivering on this agenda supporting the talent acquisition strategy of Equifax global business units and functions, reporting directly to the Chief Talent & Diversity Officer. This critical voice chairs the global talent acquisition leadership community and sits on the Global Talent, Diversity & Inclusion Leadership team. We are seeking a proactive, influential global talent acquisition leader with superior business acumen who is able to deliver on strategic plans and drive a performance oriented culture. The ideal candidate will be a progressive leader with strong communication, collaboration and partnership skills essential to drive for results in a dynamic, competitive global matrix environment.The Global VP TA will manage a team of 2 direct reports, 8 indirect reports

(TA Operations/ Recruitment Marketing, Early Career/University relations), with a matrixed global Talent Acquisition team of ~80 people.The role will be located at Equifax’s headquarters in Midtown, Atlanta, Georgia on a hybrid schedule, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday in the office, Monday and Friday remote.

What you’ll do:Act as an Innovative thought leader and change agent for the function of Talent Acquisition, the VP, Global Talent Acquisition will serve as the enterprise deep subject matter expert defining and evolving progressive talent acquisition strategy and processes that drive a strong strategic sourcing agenda.

Operate as a strategic advisor, and partner to the HR and Talent Acquisition Leadership Team. Working closely with the HR Leadership team globally to drive adoption and alignment of global talent acquisition strategy, priorities, initiatives, processes and tools.

Operate as enterprise leader of the global strategic sourcing process, evolving and maturing practices and capabilities amongst Business Unit, COE and Regional recruiting teams - targeted to attract top talent in critical segments that deliver on commitments aligned to Equifax business strategy.

Act as Matrix leader, coach and developer of the Global Talent Acquisition Leadership Team and organization, operating as both a strategic and operations oriented leader. The right candidate is a strong executor and developer of people, confident across a broad spectrum of talent acquisition topics, including, but not limited to inclusion and diversity, attraction and retention, talent development and succession, workforce planning, organization development and culture, total rewards and employee relations.

Collaborate with cross functional leadership, Human Resources Leadership and Centers of Excellence to activate and elevate Equifax global employment brand.

Partner with HR and business leaders to establish, operationalize and optimize an enterprise Early Career talent strategy that embeds entry level talent into workforce planning activities.

Partner with the Talent, Inclusion & Diversity Team, BU/COE and regional talent acquisition teams to cultivate recruiting and hiring strategies and practices to further Equifax’s commitment to inclusivity and diverse representation in the workforce.

Assess current talent acquisition operating process, practices, metrics and technologies to enable and elevate performance.

Analyze internal/external Talent Trends and leverage insights to make recommendations to HR Leadership, HRBP’s and business leaders.

Lead TA projects such as Candidate Experience, Employment Branding and Workforce Planning

What experience you need10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience including HR & Legal compliance, executive level sourcing and partnership

5+ years of experience as an influential Talent Acquisition leader in operations and strategy, executive partnership, collaboration, presence, and communication in a complex, global matrix organization

5+ years of developing, improving, and driving adoption of strategic candidate sourcing and business processes within applicant tracking systems, CRMs and other TA tools

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Human Resource Management or relevant field
