As the company continues to align its executive leadership capabilities with its successful strategy of aggressive organic growth, it is now seeking to hire to lead its marketing organization.Scope of the PositionReporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, the Sr. Director, Product Marketing will be responsible for driving the firm’s product research and go-to-market success. Through a comprehensive understanding of how the firm competes and broader industry trends, the Director will discover data-driven customer insights to drive commercial growth. Serve as the expert on the firm’s buyers and users and distill this research into data-driven insights and transfer this knowledge across the organization.Sales Enablement: Work with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success and Support teams to ensure that consistent and compelling product themes are delivered to the market through sales and marketing materials, messaging and materials.Product Launch: Drive the launch of new releases, defining product positioning, unique sales propositions, and metrics by which success is to be measured.Product Roadmap: Work closely with the Product Management team, build the processes and analysis to translate customer research insights into business cases for prioritizing product enhancement.Messaging: Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the firm’s products in the market on buyer group customer personas.Key Performance DeliverablesIn light of the identified responsibilities, the following are
