These will include developing energy efficiency and lifecycle evaluation, analysis, or optimization support for new and existing hardware products, evaluating and developing new system architectures, as well as improving the software stack.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Learn more about benefits at Google.Responsibilities:Harness data-driven approaches to navigate complex trade-offs in balancing Google's compute needs with emissions reductions and develop novel systems solutions.Formulate metrics and methodology that provide a foundation for optimizing the holistic systems design of Google platforms considering energy and sustainability as well as comparative analysis across the industry.Model and analyze key Google and Cloud workloads to drive server platform architecture design.Guide development of plans to reduce lifecycle carbon and improve energy efficiency by working across data center/hardware/software co-design for Google's compute infrastructure.
