Link Logistics is looking for an experienced

Principal Business Analyst

to work on product development, system implementation, and platform operations projects.

The business analyst will be the primary liaison between business teams and the technology development and operations teams. The role is responsible for defining new product features, SaaS platform configurations and customization, and multi-system integration requirements and specifications. The business analyst will also have secondary responsibility as part of the product management teams providing input and ideas for short- and long-term product roadmaps.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Analysis and Solution DefinitionCollaboratively define and document functional and technical requirements and specifications, business processes, workflows, and reporting outputsLead design and review sessions with technical and business staffs, including all levels of managementQuickly understands the business issues and data challenges of a wide range of operational systemsElicit requirements using requirements workshops, focus groups, interviews, surveys, document analysis, etc.Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needsIdentify gaps in business requirements and document those issuesDefine and document detailed integration using a variety of data exchange patterns for both point to point and middleware integrationsParticipate in business-led change management processesDeliver high-quality projects on time and on budget

QA/TestingDevelop and execute functional test plans with business subject matter expertsDevelop user acceptance test (UAT) plans and tools, and manage the UAT processEnsure test results are identified, documented, tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely mannerCommunicate technical and process changes to development team

Project ExecutionAssist in management of project deadlines and schedulesCommunicate and apply project standardsManage resources in accordance with project scheduleConsistently deliver high-quality servicesDevelop training, reference guides, and product support materials

Product ManagementMaintain thorough knowledge of customer segments and customer needsMaintain thorough understanding of product features and functionalityCoordinate customer input and feedback activities, including steering committees, user groups, and ongoing communication

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degreeSix Sigma certification or exposure preferred7-10 years of relevant experienceExperience in managing simultaneous complex tasks from inception to successful completionExperience in real estate IndustryStrong analytical and problem-solving skills required, including an understanding of how to interpret customer requests and translate them into application and operational requirementsFamiliarity with real estate technology, business intelligence platforms, data warehouse technology, enterprise integration architecture, and analytical reporting tools and conceptsRelationship management and communicationsExcellent attention to detailSelf-motivated, able to set priorities and work autonomouslyCustomer service focusStrong technical skills with the ability to learn new applications quicklyKnowledge of real estate industry
