About the Role
This is your chance to join a startup in one of the most exciting phases! We're looking for an experienced Mid-Market Account Executive who will work closely alongside the Head of Sales to devise a sales strategy and execute the sales playbook.
You will be responsible for driving the entire sales process with prospective customers as well as the expansion of existing accounts, from first touch to final close. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business objectives and act as their trusted guide for using Sprig most effectively. You'll also work with cross-functional teams to help align our product roadmap and marketing materials with customer feedback.
This role is based in-office in San Francisco with flexibility to work remote 2 days per week.
Your Impact
Outbound Pipeline Generation: You must have the ability to generate 80% of your own pipeline by outbounding to CPO's and Product teams.Sales Cycle Management and Sales Methodology Criteria: Experienced using some or all of the following - MEDDPICC, MEDDICC, Challenger Sale, and Command of the Message.Ownership of Mid Market Accounts: You will be the primary point of contact for your mid-market accounts and have ownership over the relationship.Territory and Account Planning and PG Planning: Create a clear territory and account plan that will guide your outbound efforts and allow you to partner with your BDR.Expand Existing Business: Recognize and promote opportunities for customers to expand their use of Sprig across new teams and product areas.Cross-Functional Collaboration: You will work closely with your BDR, our Marketing team, and our CSM team.
Your StrengthsHas 4+ years of SaaS AE selling experience closing both net new and expansion opportunities.Entrepreneurial Spirit: Must be a self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow.History of meeting and exceeding quota expectations.Ability to generate 80% of your own pipeline.Strong work ethic and competitive mindset. You always want to be at the top of the leaderboard.Adaptability: You understand that change is constant and you embrace it. You move quickly, and you encourage continued improvement.Effective written and verbal communicator.Experience using methodologies such as MEDDPICC or MEDDICC.Travel: 10%-25%.

Employee Pay Disclosure
The salary range for this full-time position is $180,000 - $210,000 OTE + Equity + Benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
