Clinical Director
to join the team in
Coral Springs ! In this role, you will be leading a team of therapists that treat adults suffering from mental health and co-occurring disorders.
Position : Clinical DirectorCompany : Mental Health + Addiction Treatment FacilityLocation : Coral Springs, FLSchedule : M-F day hours
ResponsibilitiesProvide clinical leadership and supervision to a team of therapists.Assist with development and implementation of treatment programs.Hire, train, and provide ongoing supervision to clinical team.Audit clinical documentation to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
RequirementsActive independent mental health or social work license in the state of Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) required.Master's Degree in Social Work/Psychology/Counseling or related field required.3+ years of leadership experience in a behavioral health setting required.
