$175,000 - $215,000 per year, based on experienceSummary:We are looking for an exceptional and forward-thinking Vice President of Supply Chain to refine and enhance our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a commitment to operational excellence and sustainable practices. Reporting to the COO, this role will be instrumental in steering the company towards continued success and growth.Responsibilities:Oversee all supply chain functions including vendor selection, contract negotiations, inventory management, and distribution logistics.Optimize procurement processes to reduce costs while enhancing quality and sustainability.Develop and implement streamlined supply chain processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and boost profitability.Lead and mentor a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and continuous learning environment.Drive sustainability initiatives throughout the supply chain, emphasizing environmentally responsible practices, waste reduction, and ethical sourcing.Formulate and execute strategic plans for supply chain management in alignment with company goals.Identify and leverage opportunities for growth, expansion, and market differentiation through operational excellence.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain management, ideally in the fast-casual or restaurant sector.Proven success in managing supply chain dynamics, vendor relationships, and procurement best practices.Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams at all levels.Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach and capacity to drive change and innovation.Passion for sustainability and operational excellence.Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:Comprehensive understanding of supply chain management.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills tailored to supply chain challenges.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse audiences.Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with team members, vendors, and clients.Superior organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail, essential for managing complex supply chains.Effective time management with a demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.Proficiency in evaluating, analyzing, and addressing multifaceted supply chain issues.Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-specific software applications.
