Must have a well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defense background (15 years)School district defense experience requiredTrial experience preferred, but not requiredExperience with public entity defense a plusMust have knowledge of class/PAGA inclusiveBachelor's and Juris Doctor degreesMember, State Bar of California in good standingSuperior research, analytical, and negotiating abilityExcellent written and oral communicationCommitment to proactive case managementBenefits & Pay
