Chief Operating Officer (COO)
to lead their operations. LM Hurley & Associates Executive Search has been retained to identify the new COO.
About Hollenbeck PalmsAs a vibrant Historic CCRC, Hollenbeck Palms offers a range of services, including independent living, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing care. The residents enjoy a secure, gated campus with beautiful gardens and various amenities.
Job SummaryThe COO will play a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health, operational efficiency, and high-quality resident care at Hollenbeck Palms. Key responsibilities include:Strategic Planning:
Developing and implementing long-term strategies aligned with the organization's mission.Financial Management:
Overseeing budgeting, financial reporting, and revenue generation.Team Leadership:
Leading and motivating a talented team to deliver exceptional results.Quality Assurance:
Ensuring the highest resident care standards and regulations compliance.Community Engagement:
Building strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership roles within a combination of CCRC, SNF, assisted living, memory care, and/or senior housing communities. Experience in a not-for-profit environment is a plus.Education:
BA required. Master’s degree (M.A.) or equivalent preferred; or four to ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Licensure:
RCFE and/or Skilled Nursing Home Administrator License is a plus.Skills:
Strong leadership, financial acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.Passion:
Commitment to providing a vibrant and enriching environment for older adults.
