Our client, a leading company in digital sales and technology, is seeking an experienced Vice President to drive revenue growth through the development and execution of comprehensive digital sales strategies. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our PLG initiative targeting CIOs and IT departments. The VP will build and lead a high-performing sales team, oversee strategic sales efforts, and contribute to the success of a new Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) technology business.Responsibilities:

Recruit, build, and lead a team of inside sales and product specialists focused on digital sales and PLG strategies.Develop and implement digital sales strategies tailored to CIOs and IT leaders, driving user adoption, expansion, and retention.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and customer success to execute PLG strategies effectively.Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.Use data analytics to monitor sales performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies for improved results.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to establish thought leadership and promote digital sales offerings.Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all digital sales activities.Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.15+ years of experience in digital sales with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.7+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, particularly with a focus on PLG strategies for CIOs and IT leaders.Experience leading and building sales teams from scratch, especially in a startup or new business environment.Demonstrated experience with product-led growth strategies and SaaS technology, with a background in AI or related technologies.Strong understanding of digital sales techniques, including e-commerce, digital advertising, social media marketing, and CRM systems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a strategic and data-driven approach to decision-making.Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Compensation and Benefits:
