#00702677 - Requisition: #34662Job Summary:The Clinic Team Lead is responsible for managing various aspects of patient treatment and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) at the clinic as well as perform direct service provision such as individual and group therapy, treatment planning and abstinence monitoring as necessary. This position will serve as the Clinic Manager's designee when they are absent or unavailable.Key Responsibilities:Assists in managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic to ensure the clinic's smooth daily operations.Acts as the designee to Clinic Manager in their absence for clinical and/or administrative matters, and monitors caseload progress.Conducts quality assurance and continuous quality improvement practices and performs case audits quarterly and as assigned by Clinic Manager.Provide supervision and case staffing as required including supervision of staff involved in special programming such Drug Court and DUI services.Attends clinic team meetings and case conferences and proactively shares input regarding clinic's various patient treatment and relevant policies.Assists in team treatment planning as required; closely consults and collaborates with Clinic Manager to ensure continued quality of care.Provides clinical supervision to other staff members who are pursuing their licensure and/or certification.Attends approved training sessions for the purpose of upgrading skills and obtaining or maintaining all required certifications and/or licenses.Develops and implements the intake schedule and acts as an internal liaison for intake coordination for Parkside Clinic.Interview clients for admission to Adult Outpatient Program (AOP). Conduct patient assessment, intake, and/or referral to treatment for substance use disorder (SUD) and assess the need for ongoing treatment or referral to other agencies; recommends course of action to referral sources.Plan for patient treatment and care by creating and implementing individualized treatment plans for clients. Documenting patient's progress toward treatment goals; gathering and recording client psychosocial histories and amending treatment plans based on client history and progress in treatment.Coordinate access to medical care in collaboration with the Medical Director and coordinate planning and programs for Medication Assisted Treatment and treatment schedules with the Program Director of MAT Operations and Nursing, the Medical Director, and/or other members of the medical team.Co-supervise ARTS employees who provide services to clients involved with the Department of Corrections, such as problem-solving court or probation. Provide outreach, reports, updates and meet with these referral sources.Provide treatment services including, but not limited to, conducting individual, group, and family counseling sessions, and documentation in accordance with policy and procedures, and communicates with families and community agencies regarding discharge and aftercare plan; alters focus of treatment as deemed necessary.Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Clinic Manager, and/or AOP management staff.Work Location:
