Job Summary
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Professional to join our family-owned dealership. If you have previous sales or hospitality experience, plus fantastic communication skills and a desire to provide an exceptional guest experience, we want to hear from you.
As a Sales Professional, you will grow our customer base by identifying and helping potential customers, and keeping in touch with existing customers. You will greet guests and build rapport, answer questions about vehicles, and facilitate test drives. Mentorship programs, ongoing education, and monthly competitive bonuses are available. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong interpersonal skills and sales/hospitality experience.
One month of paid training is provided. Weekend availability is required. Bilingual/Spanish is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Greet customers as they arrive at the dealership.
Provide a professional experience that builds rapport with your customers and puts them at ease.
Answer customer questions about new and used cars, vehicle specifications, and the loan application process.
Use CRM software to maintain a customer database you will use to drive automotive sales.
Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features.
Use your strong communication skills to complete the sales process while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.
Prior sales experience in a dealership or hotel/restaurant setting is very desirable.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage time and help customers with little supervision.

Salary:
$33,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year, based on hourly wage plus commissions and bonuses.
