US Citizen Spouses that entered the United States without permission and Stepchildren of US citizen spouses that entered the United States without permission (parents must have married before your 18th birthday) are eligible to apply. USCIS has stated that applications will begin to be accepted starting August 19, 2024. Applications will be accepted online only. The Applicant will complete and submit form I-131F.How Long Will the Process Take?
