where care, community, and careers happen.Director of Wound Care Job Summary:The Director of Wound Care collaborates with the CCO in developing evidence-based standards of practice. Supports employee and patient education to enhance knowledge and skills. Implements policies and procedures, along with evidence-based standards of care and practice. Provides consultative service to clinical team, patients, and their families.Qualifications
Education:
BSN required.Licenses/Certification:
Current State Licensed as a Registered Nurse, BLS certification. Wound and ostomy care certification required from ANCC accredited program.Experience:
Five (5) years nursing experience in an acute care setting with at least two (2) years in a leadership role.Safety Sensitive-Designated PositionAbout BridgePoint
